In Pilgrims, Paths and
Progress, Ted brings a wealth of information from many
different fields to his work as a psychiatrist, including
anthropology, evolutionary theory, religion, spirituality and
culture. This book represents Ted's views on therapy and how he
works as a therapist. It will be of interest to therapists as well
as laypersons interested in psychotherapy and how people change. It
also stimulates the reader to think about what it is about the
therapist that may contribute to effective
psychotherapy.
